If the deceased had no Will we will proceed expeditiously with administration of the estate.

Our experience and familiarity with such matters enables us to quickly gather the deceased person’s assets, pay any debts that are owed, and divide and distribute the assets according to the provisions of the will or applicable New Jersey law if there was no will.

In some cases, we may be able to avoid the probate process, but in many situations, this is not an option. We can explain how the probate laws apply to your situation and, if needed, guide the estate through probate court in a timely and cost-effective manner.
